Precision Metal Finishing Services

Black Oxide

Black oxide provides mild corrosion resistance and a dark, uniform appearance. It’s used for both functional and aesthetic purposes on parts that require reduced light reflection or a consistent surface tone. We apply this finish in accordance with MIL-C-13924 and AMS 2485 standards.

Tin

Tin

Tin plating supports solderability and protects against oxidation. It’s commonly used in electronics and connector applications where clean surfaces and good joint formation are essential. Our tin finishes meet MIL-T-16727 and ASTM B545 specifications.

Gold

Gold plating enhances conductivity and adds long-term protection against corrosion and wear. It’s ideal for electrical contacts, lead frames, and other components that must maintain low resistance and stable connections over time. ChemTecUSA applies gold finishes in line with ASTM B488, MIL-G-45204, and AMS 2422 requirements.

Nickel

We offer both electrolytic and electroless nickel plating, depending on your application needs. Both types of nickel provide excellent wear and corrosion resistance while maintaining a clean, uniform appearance. Our processes conform to ASTM B689, AMS 2403, and MIL-C-26074 for reliable performance in harsh environments.

Copper

Copper plating provides strong electrical conductivity and serves both functional and decorative roles. It acts as an intermediate layer in multi-step finishing or a standalone solution in electronics and branding applications. ChemTecUSA’s copper finishes are applied in accordance with MIL-C-14550 and ASTM B734.
