Brass
Brass is corrosion-resistant, highly formable, beautiful, and effective when etched. Its strength and workability make it ideal for parts like tags, springs, contact strips, and decorative elements. We use brass for industrial and aesthetic applications, including components requiring a clean, finished appearance.
Copper
Copper is known for excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It is widely used in energy systems, circuit paths, and EMI shielding. Copper can be etched to fine detail, making it a preferred choice for intricate electronics and renewable energy components.
Beryllium Copper
Hard to handle, Beryllium copper combines high strength, non-magnetic properties, and fatigue resistance. It’s commonly used for electrical connectors, springs, and precision contacts in aerospace, defense, and medical equipment. It also retains its shape and strength under repeated load cycles. Our fabrication process avoids employee and environmental health risk sometimes associated with this material.

KovarⓇ
KovarⓇ is a nickel-cobalt ferrous alloy with thermal expansion properties that closely match glass. It’s essential for hermetic sealing applications in electronic packaging where matched expansion rates are critical. We process KovarⓇ with tight dimensional control for defense and sensor housing needs.
Electronic Alloys
